All prices are per charter, not per person, and include captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, the standard crew gratuity and taxes.

What's included in the price

Most Miami yacht rental prices you'll see online are a base rate. Fuel, the crew tip, taxes and sometimes the captain are added later. Ours aren't. Every OREA Miami price already includes:

  • The yacht, private to your group, for the hours you book.
  • A licensed captain and crew. Every charter is crewed; you never drive.
  • Fuel for a normal day cruising Biscayne Bay.
  • Soft drinks.
  • The standard crew gratuity. Nothing is added at the end. Additional tips for great service are always welcome and entirely at your discretion.
  • Taxes.

So when you compare prices, compare the final number. A lower base rate can end up higher once fuel, gratuity and taxes are added.

What affects the price of a yacht charter in Miami

  • Size and type of yacht. This is the biggest factor. A 45 ft day yacht is a very different price from an 88 ft superyacht with a larger crew, more decks and more fuel.
  • Hours on the water. You can book 4, 6 or 8 hours. Longer charters cost more in total but less per hour (see below).
  • The yacht itself. Two yachts of the same length can be priced differently because of their age, finish, toys, or features such as a pool, a water slide, a jacuzzi or a flybridge.
  • Departure marina.Prices on each yacht page are for its listed marina. If you want to board somewhere else, ask our concierge team whether it's possible.
  • Date and season.Holidays, big event weekends and peak season are busy. Book early for the best choice of yachts. Our concierge team will confirm the final price for your date before you pay.
  • Extras.Catering, drinks, decor, a DJ, water toys and transfers are quoted separately.

4 hours vs 6 hours vs 8 hours

Every yacht can be booked for 4, 6 or 8 hours. Here's how the price changes on a few examples from our fleet:

Yacht4 hours6 hours8 hoursPer hour (4 h → 8 h)
Azimut Atlantis 45$2,300$2,950$3,600$575 → $450
Marquis 66 "Hassle Free"$4,500$5,400$6,250$1,125 → $781
Prestige 75 "The Good Life"$5,800$7,200$8,600$1,450 → $1,075
Pershing GTX 116$19,900$22,500$25,100$4,975 → $3,138

4 hours is the most popular choice: enough time to cruise the islands and the skyline, stop for a swim at the sandbar and come back relaxed. It's ideal for sunset cruises, proposals and birthdays.

6 hours gives you a slower day, with time for a long lunch on board, more than one swim stop or a run toward Key Biscayne.

8 hours is a full day on the water. On most yachts the cost per hour is clearly lower than on a 4-hour charter, and it's the best way to enjoy a superyacht.

How to compare Miami yacht charter prices

When you compare quotes from different companies, check three things. First, is the captain included, and is the crew gratuity included or added later (often a percentage of the charter price)? Second, are fuel and taxes included? Third, is the price for the whole private yacht, or per person on a shared boat? Our prices answer all three: private yacht, captain and crew, fuel, gratuity and taxes, one number.

Add-ons through our concierge team

Our concierge team can arrange almost anything for your day. Each extra is quoted separately and confirmed before you book, so there are no surprises:

  • Catering: sushi, grazing boards, sandwiches, or a private chef on board.
  • Drinks: champagne, spirits and mixers, chilled and waiting. Soft drinks are already included.
  • Decor: balloons, flowers, banners and themed setups for birthdays, bachelorettes and proposals.
  • Music: a DJ or live musician.
  • Water toys: jet skis, seabobs and paddleboards on request.
  • Photographer or videographer.
  • Chauffeured transfers to and from the marina, and restaurant or club reservations for after.
