What we collect

When you request a quote, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, date, number of guests, preferred duration, yacht, occasion and any notes. With it we also receive the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from another website or an ad, which one, so we know how people find us. This is kept only for your visit, without cookies. When you message or call us, we also have your number and the conversation.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, plan and run your charter, and stay in touch about it. To do that we share the details the yacht operator and crew need, such as your name, date and number of guests. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Quote requests from the website form are sent to us via WhatsApp and also securely stored in our system on Cloudflare so we can handle your charter. We keep the conversation and booking details for that purpose. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser, but not your name or contact details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
