About Villa Arcadia
Villa Arcadia is a newly completed modern estate in Pinecrest, set on more than an acre of tropical grounds. The arrival sets the tone: a path through a quiet garden of trees and stone leads to the front door, and inside, double-height ceilings and walls of glass bring in light, water and greenery from every side.
Six bedroom suites each have their own bathroom, and the primary suite is a retreat of its own, with wraparound windows, a sitting area, a spa-style bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Italian kitchen is fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. A media room, a fully equipped gym, a large den and smart-home controls complete the house.
Wide glass doors slide fully away to join the living rooms to the terrace. A 75-foot infinity-edge pool with an integrated jacuzzi runs the length of the garden, with covered and open-air lounges, a summer kitchen, a sunken seating area around a fire pit and a cabana bathroom. At night, the lighting turns the whole garden into a stage.
Pinecrest is one of Miami’s most private residential areas, close to Coral Gables, South Miami and the restaurants of the city. Sixteen guests can stay here in comfort. Your OREA concierge can pair the villa with a private yacht day on Biscayne Bay.
