About Villa Belvedere
Villa Belvedere is a grand white estate set on wide, tree-shaded grounds in Southwest Ranches, a peaceful equestrian area west of Fort Lauderdale. A long drive leads to the house, and the space feels endless. Eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms make it ideal for large families and groups.
Inside, a grand staircase rises from a marble entry. The living rooms are wide and bright, the dining table seats a crowd, and the kitchen is built around a marble island. The bedroom suites are generous, and the primary bathroom is wrapped in dramatic marble with a freestanding tub.
The grounds are made for play. There is a full tennis court, a basketball court and a putting green, plus a large pool and spa with loungers and covered terraces for shade.
It is a home for reunions, celebrations and active holidays. Your OREA concierge can arrange the stay together with a private yacht day on the coast.
