About Villa Moderna
Villa Moderna is a grand waterfront estate in Fort Lauderdale, rising three floors above the canal with a long private dock. Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms welcome up to eighteen guests.
Inside, the living spaces are vast and polished: a games room with a pool table, a glass wine room, a chef’s kitchen with two islands and a dining room beneath sculptural lights. The bedroom suites look over the water, many with private balconies.
Outside, a dark-tiled pool and spa sit beside the dock, with an outdoor kitchen, covered dining and lounges under the palms. The rooftop terrace is ideal for sunset over the waterways.
Las Olas and the beach are close by. Your OREA concierge can have a private yacht meet your group at the dock.
