About Villa Montserrat
Villa Montserrat is a nine-bedroom modern estate in Southwest Ranches, set on open green land with mature trees and complete privacy. Double-height glass walls fill the house with light. Eleven bathrooms and room for eighteen guests make it ideal for large families and milestone gatherings.
The great room soars two stories high, with deep sofas facing a wall of windows. The chef’s kitchen has a long island and professional appliances, a home cinema with reclining seats sets the scene for film nights, and a floating staircase leads to the bedroom suites.
Outside, a long pool runs through the garden with loungers, covered outdoor living rooms and an outdoor kitchen. A wooden playground and wide lawns give children space to run, and the whole garden glows after dark.
It is a peaceful base with Fort Lauderdale and its beaches within a drive. Your OREA concierge can arrange the villa together with a private yacht day.
