About Villa Oceana
Villa Oceana sits directly on the Atlantic in Golden Beach, one of the most private seaside towns between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The house is dressed entirely in white marble and soft light, and the ocean fills the view from the living room, the terrace and the bedrooms. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms welcome up to six guests.
The pool deck runs straight toward the beach. A deep-blue pool curves beside a raised spa, sun loungers line the marble terrace, and a few steps through the palms bring you onto the sand, where beach chairs wait facing the water. A covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and a full outdoor kitchen with a grill make long lunches by the sea easy.
Inside, the rooms are calm, bright and spacious. The kitchen is built around a marble island, the living room looks out to the water, and the main bedroom opens to the ocean with a bathroom of glass and pale wood. Another bathroom is finished with a wall of polished agate stone, one of the house’s quiet signatures.
Golden Beach is a residential town without hotels or high-rises, so the beach in front of the house stays peaceful. Aventura and Bal Harbour are a short drive for dinner and shopping.
