Villa Sevilla is a Spanish-style waterfront compound just off Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. White arches, terracotta roofs and warm wood ceilings frame a long pool in the center of the property, and a separate guest house gives part of the group its own private corner.
The loggia is the soul of the house. Under a high timber ceiling and a row of white arches, deep outdoor sofas face the pool, a table tennis table waits for the afternoon, and the dining area opens straight to the garden. Inside, the main living room is light and open, with a glass dining table, a chef’s kitchen with professional appliances and a marble island set for breakfast.
The bedrooms are calm and modern, finished in pale tones with views toward the garden and the water. Bathrooms are fitted in stone and warm wood. A hot tub and a private sauna round out the wellness side of the stay.
